Terms & Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions are very simple, once you are happy with the blinds sold to you by our advisor then you will be asked to sign the invoice, once signed then you have ordered a Bespoke item which then goes in to production and the process can't be stopped. You are then liable for the full payment of the blind, if you cancel this order with a short notice then you are still liable for payment as this is a Bespoke item which cannot fit any other window. Please be aware of this and only under Special Circumstances will this not happen, every case will be treated the same.
